About the lecture:
Adolescence is a period of rapid and intense changes in all aspects of life – from physical and cognitive development to emotional and social challenges. These changes can be a source of misunderstandings, conflicts, and stress within the family, but they also provide an opportunity for growth and strengthening the relationship between parents and children.
In the lecture, we will discuss the key aspects of adolescence, the challenges faced by young people and their families, and how to overcome them together. Special emphasis will be placed on understanding the changes in adolescents, their behavior, and the messages they are conveying to their parents.

Lecturer:
Prof. dr. sc. Mira Klarin, Gestalt psychotherapist
University professor and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience in research and work in the fields of parenting, development, and family relationships. She is the author of numerous scientific papers and publications, as well as an experienced psychotherapist who daily helps parents understand and overcome the challenges they face.
